I’m always looking for new attractions and things to do in Toronto. Not just because it’s fun to explore and find new things to do, but because whenever I have family in town it’s good to know where I can take them that they haven’t been before. Not to mention it’s a real bonus if it’s a place that neither of us have been to, or that I haven’t been to often. Ripley’s Aquarium in Toronto is kind of like that. I’ve been a couple of times now since it opened a couple of years back and it’s a great place to spend a few hours downtown during the winter months. If you’re planning on visiting, try to avoid visiting on the weekend. It gets absolutely packed. Try to visit on a weekday, you’ll only need 2-3 hours to explore so try to visit early in the day so that you can plan another activity for the afternoon or evening.
